We collect account information (email, name), pantry items, expiry dates, barcode data, device information, and notification preferences.
Information is used to provide pantry tracking, expiry alerts, recipe suggestions, customer support, and service improvements.
You may choose to receive expiry alerts, weekly summaries, and account updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time from Settings or via the link in any email.
Freshqi uses secure authentication, HTTPS-encrypted communication, and Row-Level Security on the database so that only you can access your own pantry data.
We use cloud hosting, analytics, barcode APIs, and email providers. Secret API keys are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
You may request access, export, or permanent deletion of your account and data from Settings.
Freshqi is not intended for children under 13 without parental supervision.
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updates.
